Is one of your friends or family members looking for a good dentist? Fill out the form below and we'll send them a certificate good for a free initial dental examination and necessary X-rays. You can also pick up a "Care Enough to Share" referral card/gift certificate at our office. The Care Enough to Share program allows a new patient to meet our staff and see our facility and decide if they are comfortable with our office.
